Cancellation and Product Returns

The User shall have the right to cancel the order before the Product is delivered to the User. If the User wishes to cancel its order, the User must contact Kalevala Jewelry’s customer service by email and to include its name, address and order number in the email. Kalevala Jewelry will return the payments made the User’s credit card account within 30 days.

The User has the right to return or exchange a Product within fourteen (14) days from the day when the User received the Product. This return policy does not cover Products which are produced or altered in accordance with the User’s wishes. The User has the right to return a Product if

(i)the order has been cancelled according to this Agreement by notifying Kalevala Jewelry’s customer service at Shop@kalevalakoru.fi within fourteen (14) days of the Product delivery, or the Product has been shipped to Kalevala Jewelry within said fourteen (14) days for returning purposes;
(ii)the Product has not been used;
(iii)the Product is in identical condition that the User received it and all the parts (if any) of the Product are included in the package; and
(iv)the Product has been repackaged into its original package.

The Product must be returned to Kalevala Jewelry as soon as possible after cancellation. When returning the Products the User will be responsible for risk of damages during the return delivery. Kalevala Jewelry shall reimburse to the User the costs that arise out of the return shipment, The price of the returned Products paid by the User will be refunded to the User’s credit card. The reimbursement will take place as soon as Kalevala Jewelry has received and inspected the returned Products, however no later than within thirty (30) days from the day when Kalevala Jewelry has received the returned Products.

If the Product is faulty or damaged during the shipment, the User must inform Kalevala Jewelry’s customer service about said defect as soon as the User has noticed the defect.Kalevala Jewelry endeavours to replace the faulty or damaged Product, but if this is not possible Kalevala Jewelry will reimburse the User with the full amount of costs paid by the User. Kalevala Jewelry will not reimburse the User with the costs before Kalevala Jewelry has confirmed the defect in the Product. The User is recommended to contact Kalevala Jewelry’s customer service in order to receive more instructions with this respect.
