1. Where do you deliver?

Kalevala Jewelry's online shop deliveres to Canada, USA, Australia and UK.

2. How much does the shipment cost?

Shipment and handling fees are always 15 euros. Please note that in some countries outside EU you might also have to pay customs fees, import duties or other comparable costs. Your local customs office can help with these.

3. I am allowed to return the goods I purchase?

You have the right to return or exchange a Product within fourteen (14) days from the day when the you received the product. Read more about our cancellation policy here.

4. How long does the delivery take?

Kalevala Jewelry processes the purchase orders made by the User within two (2) working days. All Products will be delivered to the User with EMS-service. The EMS-service delivers in 3-8 working days.

5. How soon can you answer by question?

Our goal is to answer your question within one working day. Please note that the timezome in Finland is GMT+2.
