Delivery– Kalevala Jewelry online Shop

Kalevala Jewelry processes the purchase orders made by the User within two (2) working days. All Products will be delivered to the User with EMS-service. Delivery time of the Product depends on each Product. Delivery time is subject to availability of the Product and order destination. An estimated delivery time is provided in the order confirmation. The User acknowledges that an average delivery time for an EMS-service is 3-8 working days. Kalevala Jewelry will deliver the Products to the address provided in the purchase order. Kalevala Jewelry warrants that all EMS -shipments are insured.
All Product deliveries are provided with an EMS tracking number. Said tracking number can be found at the confirmation email sent by Kalevala Jewelry to the User. In case the User has not received or has lost its tracking number, the User is recommended to contact Kalevala Jewelry’s customer service at Shop@kalevalakoru.fi or by phone +358 207 611 248.
Provided that Product delivery will delay significantly, Kalevala Jewelry’s customer service will contact the User via the email provided in the purchase order by the User.
Kalevala Jewelry reserves the right to deliver different Products ordered in the same time separately.
In case the Product has not arrived and the User has not been contacted by Kalevala Jewelry’s customer service, the User is recommended to contact Kalevala Jewelry at Shop@kalevalakoru.fi or by phone +358 207 611 248.
Kalevala Jewerly reserves the right to reject any order. In such cases the payments made by the User will be returned to the credit card account within 30 days.
